These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Kodaro mobile application and related services ("Kodaro", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Kodaro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations to use Kodaro. By using the App, you confirm that you are permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account and Access

Kodaro requires sign-in via supported third-party authentication services such as Apple ID or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of the App

You may use Kodaro solely for its intended purpose: creating, managing, sharing, and participating in time-based events such as countdowns, anniversaries, invitations, and milestones. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you create or share within Kodaro, including event details, invitations, and shared information. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Kodaro permission to store and process it solely for providing the service.

Sharing and Collaboration

When you share events or invite others, you understand that shared content will be visible to invited participants. Kodaro is not responsible for how other participants use or share information you choose to make available to them.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention

Kodaro strictly prohibits any content or behavior that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. Users may not upload, share, or distribute any content that depicts, promotes, or encourages such abuse.

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove any CSAE content. Users are encouraged to report suspected CSAE content via our reporting system.

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws to ensure the safety of children. Our CSAE prevention policies are regularly reviewed and updated to comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Availability and Changes

We strive to keep Kodaro available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time without prior notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Kodaro if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using Kodaro at any time.

Disclaimer

Kodaro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kodaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Kodaro after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
